Future prospects

Since July 1999, the Office has transitioned from traditional government budgeting and accounting practices to a new system focused on managing the University's Nonprofit Administration Fund. This shift reflects a broader effort to enhance both the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management within the institution.

To support this transformation, the Office has actively pursued full computerization of its accounting procedures. By integrating management accounting and cost accounting principles, the adoption of computerized systems significantly contributes to the establishment of clear performance benchmarks and enables more accurate evaluation of how effectively the University Administration Fund is being utilized.
