- Planning and allocating budgets and processing budget alteration and reservation.
- Implementing automatic administrative computerization system.
- Auditing the education, research, and training expenses of the administrative and academic units, management and general affairs expenses.
- Assembling the monthly financial statements, performance evaluation, and annual report.
Since July 1999, the office accounting managing procedures has changed from government budgeting and accounting formation to the new formation managing the university' nonprofit administration fund. In order to improve management efficiency and effectiveness, the office has enthusiastically implementing fully computerization for accounting procedures. Paired with the management accounting and cost accounting concepts, the computerization implementation will greatly assist the Office in establishing performance criteria and evaluating the effectiveness of the use of the University Administration Fund.
